WT EXTERIOR PRIMER is a good quality of undercoat that serve as preparatory coating before painting on a surface. Undercoats help ensure the adhesion of paint to the surface, increase the durability of the paint itself, and protects the surface that is being painted.

WT EXTERIOR PRIMER is a product of RDP, it is a specially formulated by European formulations. It is a acrylic based primer, which made from exterior based minerals. It has no hiding problem and you can get good finishing for final or top coats. You can apply to this at any surfaces like as interior or exterior walls.

 

WT Exterior Primer is a wall coating suitable for application on exteriors as an undercoat to exterior emulsions. It improves appearance of top coat by Royal diamond paint. WT Exterior Wall Primer covers 120 – 140 square feet per litre in one coat, whereas it covers 90-100 square feet per litre in two coats.

The dilution ratio of Trucare Exterior Wall Primer with water is 1: 2.5. For Eg: 1 litre of water is to be diluted in 2.5 litre of primer.

If you haven’t opened the lid of WT Exterior Wall Primer, it will last for next 3 years. If you have opened the lid of product, we recommend you use Exterior Wall Primer within 24 hours. WT Exterior Wall Primer will last for 20 – 25 months, if the surface condition is good. The application procedure of WT Exterior Wall Primer is:

  1. a) Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 and wipe clean it with cotton clothes.
  2. b) Apply Royal Diamond Paint wall putty or Color Hub wall putty using putty knife with a dilution of 30-50 percent of water. Let it 10 – 12 hours.
  3. c) Now apply WT Exterior Wall primer using brush or roller with dilution ratio of 1:2.5 with water. Let it dry for 4-6 hours.
  4. d) Apply a coat of exterior emulsion of any product of Royal Diamond Paint according to your choice and you can’t use the wt. primer as a paint because this is a under coat product. After using the under-coat WT exterior primer, you should have 2-3 coat of emulsion of any product of RDP.

WT Exterior Wall Primer is an undercoat, but you can tint to it in desired shade as compared to others and get finish look. You can get 70%-80 % dark shades without purchase any bases, because WT primer is a base type primer, you can apply white as well as any dark shade in some conditions.

You can get in four packs of primer like as 1 litre, 4 litres, 10 litres and 20 litres.
